Quick Answer
Fact-Checking
Every factual claim on this site is traceable to at least one public source: the vendor’s own pricing page, official feature documentation, a third-party aggregator (G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, Trustpilot), or a named news/analyst report. Ratings cited from third parties are labeled with the source name. If a claim cannot be sourced, it is removed.
Update Cadence
- Pricing: refreshed monthly. Every price mention is dated with "as of [Month Year]" on first use per page.
- Feature matrices: refreshed quarterly.
- Comparison articles and reviews: full re-review at least once per year, with interim updates whenever a vendor materially changes its platform or pricing.
- Third-party ratings (Trustpilot, G2, Capterra): refreshed quarterly with source name and approximate review count.
Corrections Policy
If we publish something inaccurate, we fix it as quickly as possible and add a visible note at the bottom of the page stating what was changed and when. Substantive corrections (pricing, ratings, factual claims about a vendor) are always logged; minor copy edits are not. To report an error, email the editor at the address listed on our contact page.
Editorial Independence
Rankings and recommendations on this site are not for sale. Vendors cannot pay for placement, cannot influence ratings, and cannot block negative coverage. Some pages contain affiliate links; these are always disclosed inline and on a dedicated affiliate relationships page. Commission potential does not change where a platform ranks in our comparisons.
AI Disclosure
We use AI assistants to help with research organization, draft outlines, and grammar passes. Every published page is read, fact-checked, and approved by the named editor before going live. AI-generated text is not published without human review.
